Renault Safrane- Car launch 2009
As part of its international development, Renault launches a new executive called Renault Safrane, this new model is based directly on Renault Samsung Motors' SM5 sedan. It provides a practical response to the needs of customers in the Gulf States looking for a prestigious and elegant three-volume sedan. Renault Safrane strengthens Renault's vehicle line-up in the Gulf States, topping the range alongside Renault Mégane hatchback, Mégane sedan, Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet and Renault Clio RS. Equipped with a V6 engine and automatic gearbox, Renault Safrane is manufactured in RSM Busan plant in South Korea, an 80.1% owned subsidiary of the Renault group.

Toyota and BMW-Sauber announce 2009 car launch dates
Toyota and BMW-Sauber are the first two formula one teams to confirm launch dates for their 2009 cars.
The Japanese team Toyota is to reveal its next car, to be called the TF109, on 16 January, probably at its Cologne headquarters in Germany.
It is believed Toyota was the team referred to by Ron Dennis during a press conference at Interlagos, when the McLaren boss revealed that "there is one team that does not intend" to begin the 2009 season with a KERS system fitted to its cars.
"I don't think it's in doubt that everybody else will have it," he added.
Dennis' comments are said to have annoyed Toyota and some of his other fellow team bosses, as Toyota's plans had been divulged in a confidential meeting of the FOTA alliance.
BMW-Sauber will launch its 2009 car a few days after Toyota, on 20 January, when it unveils the F1.09 at the permanent Ricard Tormo circuit in Valencia, Spain.
